So here is a comprehensive list of what I can get Chase to eat:
-fruit (except mangos) still in baby food form
-fruit cereal bars
-gerber cereal puffs
-yogurt
-cake
-cookies (pretty much any kind)
I don't know how long he will be able to live off this diet once I pull the formula! Is it only my baby that won't eat real food?

I'll bet he'll eat plenty once he's off formula--he'll be hungry! Try scrambled eggs. Or hot cereal or oatmeal.
Oh, and you could also try giving him milk in a cup, so he doesn't drink as much and eats food instead. We used the First Years brand "take and toss" cups to start because they don't have a vaccuum, so it makes it easier for newbie cup users. Just be careful though because without the vaccuum they spill! Once he masters drinking out of that he can graduate to a spill-proof cup. Worked for us anyway.
Emma has less of a diet but milk instead of formula. I don't know what her deal is. See you Friday!
Brooke..al babies go thru this. The only thing that I believe in is if you never offer it-again and again-then he'll never like/eat it. Sowe end up wasting a lot of food for a few months. I just believe in buffet style while they transition form formula to big kid food. try raisins, cheerios, little pieces of cheese, grahams, and food you eat just chopped up smaller-oh and Barilla all natural noodles-they have omega3 and fatty acids. -so my kids loved eating plain cooked pastas, and I liked that it was NOT messy and they still got some nutrition out of them!-Good -luck...PS you're a really GREAT Mom;)
Braden ate baby food & milk until he was two! I offered everything you could imagine to him. But he didn't like the texture of real food & didn't like to chew it. Every kid is differn't. Braden has been a struggle to feed from day one. He is now 3 1/2 and beginning to be a good eater. It just takes time.
