Go USA!

I am a huge women's gymnastics fan, always have been since I can remember...I had a great time watching the women's all around this morning and was thrilled to see the US dominating! It was such a disappointment when the US team only received the silver when they should have gotten the gold (especially since the Chinese cheat and lie about the ages of their gymnasts) so this almost makes up for it! I was so happy that Nastia won the gold, it was well-deserved and she always looks so graceful during all her routines. I am a big fan of Shawn Johnson as well, but I was really hoping Nastia would win the gold. Plus, Shawn is so young, she still has another Olympics ahead and another chance for gold. I have to admit, I even got a little teary-eyed watching the medal ceremony. These girls, along with the rest of team USA, are coming to Salt Lake for a show and I so want to go!

I know I am behind on my blogging and owe you some updates! August is almost over and this is my first post! I will try to catch up this weekend and let you all in on the excitement in our lives...my cleaning binges, trips to Walmart and Costco, unpacking our house still...it doesn't get any more exciting than that! At least you do know now that I've been obsessively watching the Olympics (well at least women's gymnastics, that's pretty much all I care about). Stay tuned...

I get very sick with each pregnancy. I'm on drugs (spent most of my time in NY on my parent's couch) and Matt's still gone for another week. He's been out of town since the end of July. At least I have 15 hours a day of Olympics to keep me busy. I was happy that Nastia won, too! I'm loving watching Phelps and the rst of the American swim team. Go USA!

USA all the way! I have been rather engrossed with the Olympics lately as well. I love the gymnastics (women's and men's) and have also gotten into the swimming events this year as well. I have been staying up too late watching them and it has made getting up for work really hard.

Hi Brooke, we too have been totally enthralled by the Olympics. We are also in Lehi and hope to see Jason, Chase and you at all of Rachel's festivities.

See you soon.
